Cancellation Policy

Cardinal Transport LLC

To ensure timely and reliable service for all our clients, Cardinal Transport has established the following cancellation policy:

Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and reserve your transportation appointment.

Cancellation and Refund Terms

Cancellations Made at Least 24 Hours in Advance

  • If you cancel your ride at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, your deposit is fully refundable or can be applied as store credit for a future ride.

Same-Day Cancellations

  • If the cancellation is made on the same day as the scheduled ride, the deposit will not be refunded.

No-Show Policy

  • If the client fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.
