To ensure timely and reliable service for all our clients, Cardinal Transport has established the following cancellation policy:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and reserve your transportation appointment.
If you cancel your ride at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, your deposit is fully refundable or can be applied as store credit for a future ride.
If the cancellation is made on the same day as the scheduled ride, the deposit will not be refunded.
If the client fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.
