By booking or using transportation services provided by Cardinal Transport, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Cardinal Transport provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for individuals who require safe, reliable, and timely transportation to and from medical appointments or healthcare-related destinations.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your ride.
Full payment must be completed prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Bookings are accepted based on vehicle and driver availability.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at the scheduled pickup location.
Extended wait time may result in additional charges.
Delays caused by traffic or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly. Cardinal Transport is not liable for delays outside of its control.
Passengers must be ready at the scheduled time and location.
If special accommodations are needed (e.g., wheelchair assistance), they must be communicated at the time of booking.
Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and staff.
Cardinal Transport provides non-emergency transport only and is not equipped for emergency medical care.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a passenger exhibits unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
Cardinal Transport follows all HIPAA regulations to protect clients’ health and personal information.
All client data is handled confidentially and is only shared as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.
Cardinal Transport is insured and takes every measure to ensure passenger safety.
We are not liable for delays, missed appointments, or damages due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, or medical emergencies).
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
